Age: 22 Birthday: July 3rd Village: Konohagakure Rank: Jounin || ANBU captain FIGHTING: Fighting Style: Considering the blood of the Hyuuga Clan courses through his veins, Neji utilizes Byakugan to control the situation. He possesses almost perfect 360˚ coverage in regards to his surroundings that gives him an advantage over opponents since he can remain stationary and still perceives his enemies location. Although he can perceive in distances his targets location, there is a weakness- a sort of blind spot. In order to compensate for this flaw in his shield, he uses the Jyuukin Taijutsu Style. Most of the attacks are done in circular motions that protect his ‘blind spot’. When weapons are included in his attacks he surely is an admirable adversary but since he has the ability to attack with pure Chakra itself, weapons aren’t exactly important to his strategy. Preferred Weapons (if any): Senbon(for precise and quick attacks since he can perceive all 361 tenketsu’s and can easily block the flow of Chakra), Kunai (for the use of combat if worn out) Special Jutsu: Hakke Kushou (ranged attack: Neji does a thrust palm sending an invisible wave of Chakra towards a target causing damage and obstructing Chakra flow), Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou (ranged attack: Variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou. Allows the Byukugan wielder to double his attack from 126 strikes to 128 strikes.), Hakkeshou Kaiten(short ranged attack: The basic attack of Neji. Technique gives the wielder an almost complete 360˚ view pertaining to the surroundings perceiving any incoming threats. Neji then releases chakra from his tenketsu and spins making a whirling vortex nullifying any incoming weapon.), The stronger the Hyuuga Clan member is, the more strikes Neji can produce.
